CUSTOM ORDERS: Hand painted, personalized, custom designed items and other made-to-order items require
payment in full upon order and cannot be returned, as they are crafted to your personal specifications. If you wish to
cancel a custom order, you may do so within 1 business days of your original order date. If you have any questions

To return or exchange an item, please follow these
simple steps:
1. Obtain a gift return number by contacting our customer service department at 602-743-0295 (M-F, 10 AM - 5PM
PST) or at returns@jodilynndesignsonline.com.
2. Repack the piece in it's original packaging, if possible, with the packing slip and note with the gift return number.
3. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier like UPS or Federal Express and retain your
receipt. Jodilynn Designs is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Return address will be provided
with gift return number.
4. If you are returning your item because it is damaged, defective or not the correct product, Jodilynn Designs will
cover the cost of return shipping.
5. A credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of returned merchandise.
